That made me laugh out loud, SPB. However, when I read what Cheney said at the time, I swear my blood pressure went up a few notches. Maybe he hasn't known any of those "volunteers" since they were small children...knew their personalities instead of seeing them as a number. I hope his grandchildren take a fresh look on life and go their own way.
I know. When I saw that pic on Crooks and Liars, I was laughing. The pic of Dick is the Penguin from the movie Batman. But, seriously, his response of "so" about the opinion of the American people really sealed Dick Cheney's character as a human being. What goes around comes around becase payback is a bitch. What Dick has given to this country is what he will get back in return.
At lease no one has to wonder what Cheney thinks about serving the American people as Vice President. The joke is on those who voted for him and his puppet. In other words he's been laughing for 7 years and while giving speeches he's saying Kiss My Butt you idiots.
