What happens to Propositions after they get passed? Do they become part of the California Constitution, the Code, Statutes, none of the above?
The cat is lost on Ahnold's Web site, trying to find the final text of Proposition 227 after it passed (from 1998, against the Spanish speaking kids in the schools).
There is plenty of garbage on the Internet, but the cat wants the text of the real law, not some crackpot's Web site.
