Smells big trouble for the EPA.

In a remarkable show of contempt, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has flatly refused a House Global Warming Committee subpoena. The subpoena for documents relating to the EPA’s refusal to obey the Supreme Court mandate to regulate greenhouse gases was issued by a unanimous, bipartisan vote on April 2, a year after the Supreme Court decision. On April 11, the EPA requested and received an extension to respond, but today the agency has decided not to turn over the documents:

With no Justice System and no Law Makers with any back bone so don't look for anything to happen. The Supreme Court is under the direction of the White House. The Department of Justice is also under the direction of Dick Cheney. AG Musk Rat is just like Gonzo, holding a title, getting a pay check and kick backs to stall the cases until Bush/Cheney are out of office. I see the remaining Law Makers pushing all the crimes committed by this White House under the rug and never bringing anyone to Justice. Law Makers like Kerry, Kennedy, Leahy, Pelosi, Feinstein and others are all under the thumb of the Republican Criminal Team.
