Denier-in-Chief: ‘We’re not in a recession.’

Thinkprogress:

During a press conference today with Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Mexican President Felipe Calderon, a reporter asked President Bush “how deep and how long will the economic recession be in the United States?” “First of all, we’re not in a recession,” Bush replied, adding, “We’re in a slowdown.”

Bush couldn't get on " Are you smarter then a 5th grader" because he isn't. The World sees the US in a recession and the American people feel and see we're in a recession. Ask the millions of Americans who lost their homes and those who's homes are in foreclosure. Millions of Americans have lost their job and millions more will lose their jobs. What is Bush doing to correct the situation. He's dancing in New Orleans and going on TV show Deal or No Deal, as if everything is fine. We are losing more soldiers everyday, Americans have to choose between gas or food yet the President of the United States sees no problem.

With all these problems and suffering not one word from the White House or the Law Makers.
