And those that want to know why Ms. Palfrey's lawyer Preston Burton decided not to call any of his six witnesses and rest the case: According to shreveporttimes.com, "Burton said after the trial ended he didn't call any witnesses because, 'I don't think they (prosecutors) proved their case.' "

On a side note: For those who were waiting for me to post some of the court transcripts provided by Jason Leopold, he emailed me late Monday evening to inform me that he had been trying to get court transcripts since last week. He was informed by the courthouse that they denied him to obtain court transcripts because Jason said, "they claim I am not with a 'recognized' news outlet!'"
Unbelievable. Did the courthouse forget the name, Jeff Gannon, the fake journalist, that was reporting at the White House press conferences before he got caught? Jason informed me that he will be writing about this and the favoritism towards certain news outlets in this particular case. That certainly leaves out the independent journalists, bloggers, and freelance journalists. Jason will not let this go.

The Prosecution team needs a do over in this case. As it stands they haven't proven one charge yet. The first question the jurors should ask is what's the law and guidelines for the Rico Act. As this was introduced in the opening remarks and left out of the trial for evidence. Just how did Ms. Palfrey commit a crime? Using the Patriot Act guidelines where is the terrorism? This big time Prostitution business charged 275 for service while the Emperor's Club charged 5,500 per hour with no charges filed. The new famous Ashley pocketed 2000 dollars plus bonus for her sex job per visit. Ashley would surely have more money in 13 years then 2 million dollars and it's not her business. The Justice System should be ashamed of itself and both Judges too. This case was handled by Prosecutors who paid for they degree in law. To file a charge of the Rico Act they needed an attorney who knew how it works. It's like going to mechanic to get your tooth pulled you need a dentist.
Not a real media outlet, aye? In other words, not run controlled by the Bushstopo? Wonder if they will hold up those transcripts for nearly 2 years like they did to Gov. Siegelman...
This lack of justice system makes me wanna scrap it and start over-using our original paperwork-Constitution, Bill of Rights, ect
And does Faux noose have unlimited access to anything........maybe Jason could call himself Sean O'Reilly, or Bill Hannity and they will think he is a new guy from faux.
