Sen. Larry Craig (R-Idaho), encumbered by a scandal since last summer, did not file for reelection by his state’s deadline Friday, keeping a promise he made and officially marking the end of his congressional career.Craig’s political future has been in doubt since his arrest and guilty plea on disorderly conduct charges filed after an incident in a men’s restroom at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport last June.

Good news for some bad news for others. The GOP has loss a loyal soldier, the men looking in men's rooms now have a chance for sex from an ex Senator. At lease Larry can now freely do what he wants and come out of the closet. Hiding behind his wife must have been hard for all these years. May he have a happy life and find a male soul mate while still taking care of his wife.
At lease he wont be in the Media headlines like Spitzer. One would think what Larry did was ok but think that Spizter is the only powerful man using prostitutes. It's like Senator Vitters is America's hero and Mark Foley is the type of person we all want our kids to grow up to be as he is a Republican hero to.
