Bush: Telecoms ‘Should Be Thanked For Their Patriotic Service’

Man, when is this clown leaving office?
Thinkprogress:
Today, all three networks carried President Bush’s address to the American public bashing the House’s compromise wiretapping legislation. During the speech, Bush once again criticized the American public for failing to fully appreciate the patriotic sacrifices of the nation’s telecoms:
Companies that may have helped us save lives should be thanked for their patriotic service, not subjected to billion-dollar lawsuits that would make them less willing to help in the future.
The House bill may be good for class action trial lawyers, but it would be terrible for the United States.

FItz is truly the last boyscout.

********************
Topic at hand:
eh, Patriotic? Did he get his degree in the gumball machine?

I would have thought by now they would have a)gotten Rove to do the Mission Impossible face change on the frat boy; b) and done something else with frat boy.. I would guess, hang out with Spitz.

Telecoms? disgusted. They would seel their mother for a wooden nickel. One of the lone rangers who held out, was getting squeezed and got squeezed right back. Joe Nacchio.

Hey 6 miles:

We miss you girl. How are you been? Yeah, Fitz blog got wacko. I don't go on there anymore. I missed all the regulars. I feel bad for the administrator of the blog.

I remembered the Fitz and Spitz
08. I believe tat there are more Fitz out there in the Justice Dept. But, they are not receiving recognition. Spitzer on the other hand danced to the music. Now he has to pay to the piper. I look for people to walk the walk rather than talk to talk regardless of their profession.

Until the Gerbil is gone, 6 miles, DOJ will never get clean up. I look for Rove, Dick, and others to get theirs when the new President is sworn in in 2009. Oh let's not forget that Dick and George have committed crimes overseas. Don't be surprised if the UN charge the Gerbil and Dick with war crimes.

Other than that, the entire Justice Department is seriously messed up.
