Today, President Bush thanked Lt. Gen. Ray Odierno, who until recently served as the No. 2 commander in Iraq, for his service in Iraq. In attempting to apply the phrase “snatching defeat from the jaws of victory,” Bush offered this nonsensical praise for Odierno:
I appreciate the fact that you really snatched defeat out of the jaws of those who were trying to defeat us in Iraq.

Yes once again Mr. Jack Daniels and Mr. Weed take over George W. Bush. It's hard to hold back his two friends one would think he would leave them at home. Now we see they go every where he goes. Americans watch this and laugh but other World Leaders are taking advantage of this country now that we are weak. One had hope in the Democrats but as we see the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, as they are doing the same as the Bush Administration. Yes Americans will soon be paying have their salaries in Taxes as other countries do. We just wont get any benefits as the money goes to the next corrupt group. Funny what I see today is the same reason this country was founded yes it was a King George that gave taxation without representation.
I am so embarrassed for Lt. General Ray Odierno, I feel so embarrassed for every member of the armed services present at this travesty. So utterly embarrassed for the Lt. General's family, for everyone in this country who even has to read this.
I wonder if the Boob in Chief had the guts to apologize, Probably not. How much more disrespect can people in the military stomach?
