During his speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) this morning, President Bush told the crowd of raucous right-wing activists that he “appreciates the fact that” they “invited Vice President Cheney” to speak.Between intermittent cheers of “four more years,” Bush told the crowd, Cheney “is the best vice president in history.”

Yes, he will call him the best Veep yet because he didn't have to do anything but hang out at the ranch and take more vacations than any other pres.........yep when you have a Veep who is really President then it easy for the Gerbil.
What can we expect for an idiot who is just the puppet. Bush would think anyone was the best if you give him some alcohol and drugs. History will judge Dick for who he is the second Hitler.
