Bush wants warrantless electronic surveillance yet Law Makers are funding the terrorist. Just what do we need the surveillance for if we're giving terrorist the money to continue. It's like paying someone to continue to rob your bank, while you yell I'm going to get that back robber. Can anyone explain this to me like I'm a 5 year old?
