US Should Make up for Antagonism against Iran.

TEHRAN (Fars News Agency)- US has harmed the world public opinion and Iranian nation through its lies about Iran and it should pay the price for its wrong measures, Iranian government spokesman said after a report by the US intelligence officials dismissed White House allegations about Iran's nuclear program.

Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of the first summit of the heads of Islamic countries' judiciaries in Tehran on Tuesday, Gholam Hossein Elham noted a new US National Intelligence Estimate on Iran, which confirmed the peaceful nature of Tehran's nuclear programs and activities, and reiterated, "Americans should pay the price for their words."

He further blasted the White House officials for making unfounded and belligerent statements against the Islamic Republic, and advised the US official to show more dynamism and be more active when dealing with Iran's nuclear case.

"The entire world has accepted the reality that Iran's peaceful nuclear activities contained no diversion and complied with the international rules and conventions," Elham reminded.

"All Iranian nuclear centers run activity under the rules and regulations as well as inspections of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA)," he added.

The spokesman also pointed to a recent report by the IAEA director general on Iran's past nuclear activities and programs, where Mohamed ElBaradei praised Iran's cooperation and described Tehran as truthful about key aspects of past nuclear activities, and termed the UN nuclear watchdog report a further proof substantiating the peaceful nature of Iran's nuclear activities.

Elham further reiterated that Iran would continue nuclear activities in full compliance with the international rules and treaties.

How could Iran not sink their teeth in this one? With Ahmadinejad wanting to host the next GCC summit and all, a real field day.
