Open Thread for Sunday.

On Saturday, I watched some of the John Wooden basketball game. Legendary UCLA basketball coach John Wooden was asked in an interview what makes a good leader. Here was Wooden's response:

1. Ability to listen.

2. Live by actions and not by words.

Finally:

3: He shows his staff under his supervision that he cares about people.

Thanks! I have and read Wooden's book and his priniciples of leadership. It is awesome. I really encourage you to give that to your children.
