But guess what happened after the Rumsfeld special comment, the sales ranking of the “Worst Person in the World” on Amazon.com went from No. 19,000, to No. 18. Bill-o‘s new book ranks No. 728. In the acknowledgements he mentions his particular inspirations: John Dean, Joe and Valerie Wilson, Elizabeth Edwards, and a couple of high school teachers. He thanks the "Countdown" staff, the analysts, and folks at MSNBC and NBC.
But towards the end, just before thanking his girlfriend Katy, comes this little paragraph:
