This week as Trent Lott prepared to retire from the Senate, he “found himself yukking it up with the president at the White House.” According to the Washington Post, Bush “joked” with Lott that “he may join the Mississippian in the lobbying sector.”

First things first the Gerbil has to learn to spell Lobby, then move on to speaking English for people to understand him. Once he's finished reading My Pet Goat, he should try reading the Little Red Engine that could. Yes the Gerbil will need a job but maybe Daddy will give him enough to live off, as Laura will have that divorced finalized the day he leaves office.
