Military overmedicating U.S. troops.

Thinkprogress:

A June Defense Department Task report found that the military system lacks resources to “adequately support the psychological health of service members.” A new investigation by ABC News finds that many counselors and therapists believe that instead, “too often the U.S. military is trying to medicate the problem away.” “Pretty much every person in my caseload is medicated, heavily medicated,” said Andrew Pogany of Veterans for America. “There’s potential for them to become addicted.”

I saw that report on PBS and it was so sad. Our troops are treated worse then animals. No one really cares about the troops they only want time to stay in Iraq even when their injured. This Administration had made the Military weak. The soldiers who were in the report said they have told young people not to join the US Military because of what's happening to them. Alot of soldiers have even killed themselves but the White House will not report that information.
