White House visitor logs are public documents, a federal judge ruled Monday, rejecting a legal strategy that the Bush administration had hoped would get around public records laws. The ruling is a blow to the Bush administration, which is fighting the release of records showing visits by lobbyist Jack Abramoff and prominent religious conservatives. The records are created by the Secret Service, which is subject to the Freedom of Information Act. But the Bush administration has ordered the data turned over to the White House, where they are treated as presidential records outside the scope of the public records law.
U.S. District Judge Royce C. Lamberth said logs from the White House and Vice President Dick Cheney’s residence are subject to public records request.
Earlier this month, the Bush administration tried to argue that the Secret Service records were “highly sensitive” and could not be “publicly revealed.”

I'm so glad I never visited the White House during the corrupt Administrations days. Now I do plan on signing the book when Hillary gets to be President. Yes I'll be walking in the front door as that's what guest do. I remember when Peaches was about 13 years old and we went to Washington DC, I made her laugh as I told her Bill Clinton was my brother, she said we didn't look like one another. I explained it was the third generation thing. Little did I know Bill Clinton would be called the First Black President by most of America. Some with well wishes others who thought he treated Black/Hispanic with to much respect and equality. Well look how things have changed in only 7 years, as the Bush Administration has gone backwards and brought back the horror of the US pass.
We know the While House has done selective cases, even some that are innocent but charged during the election to assure Republicans controlled.
