Judge Kessler Replaced; New Judge Sets Status Hearing.

Received email yesterday from Ms. Palfrey's attorney Montgomery Blair Sibley. He writes:

Greetings:

As an administrative matter, Judge Kessler was transferred off Jeane's cases and Judge James Robertson was assigned to preside over Jeane's cases.

Judge Robertson has set a status conference on Friday, December 14, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 23A. At that time, the Judge will (i) reset the dates for the suppression hearing and trial, (ii) take up arguments on Jeane's motion to be able to release information publically regarding the clients and former escorts of her escort service which she is presently barred by Court Order from releasing and (iii) address the failure of the government to produce exculpatory evidence.

Who is Judge James Robinson?

James Robertson is a judge for the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. James Robertson was appointed a United States District Judge by President Bill Clinton in 1994. Chief Justice William Rehnquist later placed him on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court. On December 20, 2005, Judge Robertson resigned his Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court position.

Judge Robertson resigned from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, sending a letter to United States Chief Justice John G. Roberts announcing his resignation with no explanation. The Washington Post reported the resignation was related to the Bush administration's surveillance of international communications and phone calls sent or received in the United States, without judicial warrants. The disclosure of this classified program to the New York Times' is being investigated by the United States Department of Justice.

Now watch this case get dismissed. This Judge follows the law not the White House or Karl Rove. He knew this Administration were crooks and he didn't want any part of them. Once he allows the names to come out the Feds will ask for a dismissal. Now Mikie better be fast with a financial settlement or face the same problem.

I hope Ms. Palfrey writes a book and allows a movie to be made of this case. Yes sue the Feds and make more money and move out of the United States. Just sit back and relaxe.
