Foreign service officers were screaming at the Director General’s Town Hall meeting on Iraq staffing because they are being forced to serve in Iraq. Jack Crody was especially honest calling it a “death sentence” if they are forced to go. The State Dept. didn’t even have the guts to tell them face to face. They read about it in the Washington
Post.
Crody: Who will take care of our children? Who will raise our children if we’re dead or seriously wounded?

Q: You may care, but you don’t articulate it. You roll your eyes, but we have polled the foreign service. 12% of your foreign service believes that Secretary Condi Rice is fighting for them. 12%.

More than 200 diplomats have been told they are in a pool of people who may be forced to go to Iraq to fill 48 positions for which no qualified candidates had volunteered.

We see how some people can be brought, the enemy should have no problem getting an American to sell out the USA for the right price. Yes going to the Green Zone is a death sentence. Peaches was there and said most of the time it was lock down and blackouts. Yes she said she could hear bombs day and night inside and outside and they call it safe. She said we took every thing Saddam had. We build swimming pools, water falls and fishing lakes as the Iraq people don't have water. We push our rich life style in their faces and then kill them if they object. We paid off their Leaders and then treat them like dirt. Yes even calling them like the blacks here in the US. These men/women are right our government has made the US the most hated country in Iraq and it's because we have no respect or value human life of others. Peaches lasted in Afghanistan because she wore the uniform but showed respect for all Afghans as human beings.
