I’ve recommended to the President today that we do this — that we fire those recalcitrant State Department personnel who say it’s too dangerous for them to go back to Baghdad. They want another assignment — let them leave the service.

On a side note: Hot air Hunter is a vet. A Vietnam veteran, Duncan Hunter served in the 173rd Airborne and 75th Army Rangers and, after coming home, utilized the G.I. Bill to attend Western State University Law School in San Diego (now Thomas Jefferson School of Law). Hunter should be worrying about his Cunningham connection.

For once, a vet is asking other people to do something. Usually is it a chickenheart who wants to send people to nasty places.
