TPM:
CBS has obtained a FEMA photograph of the fake press conference held by Deputy Director Harvey Johnson. The photo shows that those in attendance were high-level FEMA aides personally known to Johnson, CBS reports. Up to now, the agency has defended Johnson as being unaware that the press conference was fake.
And the Department of Homeland Security's own internal review concluded that the fake presser was not intended to deceive the public.
Right... Yup, the fakers faked the fake FEMA briefing..
Last week's poll asked readers: Do you think that Attorney General nominee Michael Mukasky will be confirmed by the Senate?
Majority of the readers said yes. And of course, Mukasky was confirmed as the new Attorney General by the Senate last night. This week's poll is now up!
Have a great weekend folks!

Well it really doesn't matter because all the world is a stage.
How many other sit up have been done but not caught. Even purina cat can't keep her lies right.
Speaking of FEMA, where the hell did they make those toxic trailers, China?
From the other day, WTF on the Canadian dollar? I was there last summer and it was like US $1 = $.86 Canadian. We already know people in Third World countries without a stable banking system dumped their US$ for Euros to stuff in their mattresses. Maybe we should start stuffing our mattresses with Canadian dollars. That is the first time in my life when the U.S. dollar is worth less than the Canadian.
Off topic, did anybody wake Grandpa Thompson up to take a look at the stock market before he proposed this early November turkey?

Grampa Fred needs a nap afteer reading his plan for social security. Basically, Fred's plan is like this:
Anyone that is Gen-X and Gen-Y are screwed and have to pay back into the system in which Bush has messed up finanacially. And the bog question is who will take care of the Gen-X and Gen-Y when they become retirement age???
Yeah, I heard about the Canadian dollar and the China dollar surpassing the U.S. buck. Oh and I heard the China gas has made 1 trillion dollars and surpassed Exxon Mobil and Warren Buffet has shares in China gas. Smart businessman but very sad of our U.S. dollar.
