<--Harlan Ullman is a senior adviser with the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) International Security Program and a Vice President of the CNA Corporation.
His phone number appeared on Ms. Palfrey phone records. Ullman never confirmed or deny about his number apeearing on the phone records or whether there was illegal sex involved in the escort service.
I received an interesting email from Ms. Palfrey today about Mr. Ullman. She wrote:
BIL... CLICK ONTO THE "Q & A CAFÉ" LINK AND LISTEN TO HARLAN ULLMAN'S INTERVIEW. HE SPEAKS DIRECTLY ABOUT MY SITUATION. HE CLAIMS HE NEVER MET ME AND HAS ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHATSOEVER, WHY HE HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN THIS SCANDAL. –JEANE
I viewed the video. The interview was on April 19, 2007. And Mr. Ullman did say that "he never met the woman." And it will be interesting what he will say under oath should he be subpoenaed by Montgomery Sibley.

He might be thinking differently if Larry Flynt releases his name.
Most of these guys will say the same thing or resign and hope people forget them for a while. Now I wonder if he didn't like the limited service and followed Vitter to hire prostitutes.

Larry released only Vitter's name. Ullman was named by Ms. Palfrey from the beginning of her indictment. But Vitter's name was released by Flynt because of Vitter's hypocrisy of family values. We don't know about Harlan Ullman's private life. Hopefully, Vitter and Ullman are subpoenaed.
