TEHRAN (Fars News Agency)- Iran's top nuclear negotiator Ali Larijani said that Russian President Vladimir Putin has raised a very specific view in his Tuesday meeting with Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei.
Addressing the nationwide congregation of army clerics on Wednesday, Larijani said Putin and the Iranian leader have discussed a variety of issues, including Tehran's nuclear case.
He said Putin has raised a specific view in the meeting, but refrained from revealing the details of the two sides' exchanges, saying that Tehran is studying Putin's remarks for now.
Larijani, who is also Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council (SNSC), described the meetings between Putin and Iranian officials as very good, and stated that the two countries' experts have worked out a formula for the completion of Iran's first nuclear power plant in the southern province of Bushehr, adding that there has remained only a few administrative steps for the two sides to take.
Elsewhere, Larijani noted his talks with EU foreign policy chief Javier Solana next Tuesday, and said that the meeting would most likely take place in the Italian capital city of Rome.
He also said that in recent months Iran has taken very significant steps in cooperating with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), and pointed out that the two sides' experts are scheduled to continue talks in the near future.

Putin is taking care of business while Bush is getting drunk. Notice how Bush hasn't been invited to any of this World Leaders meetings. Bush is crying and the Media is reporting that Bush says he's relevant but none of the World Leaders are listening. Connie is wasting her time with this summit that Bush sit up for the end of the year. Most of the Middle East Leaders will not show up.
Putin knows Iran has a President but the decision maker is the Supreme Leader. Now Americans and the White House think the Iran President rules so much for US education for foreign countries. Makes since why we're losing at everything. I hope President Chavez helps the poor this year with oil for their homes. The White House could care less and let the people freeze to death. Look Bush wont even give American Children Health Care.
Also out of the Caspian Sea Summit was helping other countries with Nuclear energy, something Putin is and will be helping Iran in.
