Hastert to announce retirement tomorrow.

And don't let the door hit you on the ass on the way out!

Roll Call reports that Rep. Dennis Hastert (R-IL) is “expected to announce Thursday that he is resigning his seat in Congress effective later this year, eventually setting up a special election to succeed him.” In August, Robert Novak reported that Hastert would resign effective Nov. 6.

Dennis put his stolen Saddam money in overseas accounts and he's ready to go before the indictments come. The Church can be proud that Dennis did a great job at protecting Fingers Foley so he could continue to molest kids just as long as he voted for what Bush said. PBS talked with the soldier who brought the suitcase full of Saddam's stolen money to Hastert's second home per order of Bremmer.

This resignation is going to throw my area for a loop. There might be a special election, before the Feb. 5th primary.
