I remembered hearing about this case. This was certainly a selective prosecution case of this young man. To put a teenager in prison for ten years for having consensual oral sex with a 15 year old had caused a stir among people nationwide. I hope that the justice system is cleaned up in the future. And I have to agree with the judge. Mr. Wilson's conviction was cruel and unusual punishment. If oral sex is a cruel crime, then how the hell do we have so many lawmakers and officials that have and had been caught with their pants down not charged with Mr. Wilson's crime??? Go figure...

This is one for the books. I read the report of how many teen pregnancies Georgia has and it's a high percentage. Yet one young man get charged for having sex and gets 10 years in jail. How did so many young ladies get pregnant? Now what really shocked me was the Attorney General was Black and weird. He was born in 1952 and he knows many adults today were born out of wedlock and many are now admitting they have children by other woman. Paris Hilton told Larry King she had sex at 15 years old yes the kids role model. Even Jenna Bush admits to having sex and of course the famous DUI. The State of Georgia has one of the highest rates of teen pregnancies yet one boy goes to jail. Something is really wrong with that picture. Our Law Makers are now allowing pre teens to have birth control pills given to them in school. Someone has to example this to me.
