I wonder if Rudy will wear a dress or suit when sworn in office. He might wear a suit with high heels and make up. Will that make him the President and the First Lady too.

You are right, Chicago Native. The Arab would find Rudia's cross dressing very obscene. Rudia and his manhood wouldn't be taking seriously among the foreign leaders. On the other hand, Rudy better watch out visiting the streets where the ladies of the evening hangouts. Oh, and don't send Rudy to Gitmo. That might have been Rudy's speedo bathsuit at Gitmo!

Geez, Yeltsin got criticized for getting blitzed and dancing on stage with a rock band, which was more to show that he was not too old to run the country. Putin would laugh his butt off if he saw that picture of Rudy.
Mr. Kitty Rudy is both man/woman. Check those legs don't they look like girls legs. Putin is really laughing as he calls other World Leaders. Now Rudy would have a problem in other countries because they wouldn't know if the US President was a man or a woman.
