In his new book out Oct. 4, former Mexican President Vicente Fox calls President Bush “the cockiest guy I have ever met in my life.” He also rates Bush’s Spanish skills as “grade-school” level and writes, “I can’t honestly say that I had ever seen George W. Bush getting to the White House.”

Hold that thought, Chicago Native. I have a feeling thatthere will be a tell-all book coming soon from the world leaders when the Gerbil is gone from office.

Bush is the laughing stock of the World. All the World Leaders are laughing at him now that he's a lam duck. Putin is laughing the most. Others are using the Bush Administration to get as much money as they can before the American people wake up and see they are truly broke. Cheney made sure he gave the Saudi's the money he promised.
