Perhaps at a loss as to how to spin the new video of Osama Bin Laden in favor of President Bush, Sean Hannity decided he’d use it to attack his fellow Americans. The self-styled “Great American” proved just what kind of patriot and freedom lover he truly is by twice likening Democrats to Osama Bin Laden. Is there any partisanship more despicable? Take action! In the first part of a two-part discussion, the sole guest was Bush’s former Chief of Staff, Andrew Card. At about 3 minutes into the discussion, Hannity said, “(Bin Laden) seemed to adopt the very same language that is being used by the hard left in this country as he describes what’s going on in Iraq as a civil war, he actually used the term ‘neocons,’ he talks about global warming, he demonizes capitalism and corporations in this whole thing - very, very specific language.”
Alan Colmes did a decent job of confronting Card on the Bush administration’s war on terror but seemed to pull his punches when the opportunity to really nail Card arose. For example, Colmes asked if it wasn’t a mistake for Bush to have said a few years ago he just doesn’t think that much about bin Laden.Card hilariously said the US government thinks about Bin Laden, it’s just not “disproportionately focused on Osama Bin Laden.” What’s disproportionate when it comes to the mastermind of one of the deadliest events in American history? Card should have been forced to explain.
Similarly, when asked about Bush’s statement that he’s “not that concerned” about Bin Laden, Card answered, “The president is concerned about Osama Bin Laden but he’s not going to be preoccupied with Osama Bin Laden.” Just how is Bush expressing that “proportionate” concern about the mastermind of 9/11? By breaking the military over a failed war in Iraq?
Still, Colmes got the point across. “Isn’t this an example of how we misdirected the war on terror in Iraq, put our efforts, put our resources there, this is really where the problem is and we haven’t focused on it to the extent we should have.”
Card replied that Colmes got it all wrong, “We are definitely winning the war on terror.”
Colmes asked, “What is the evidence we’re winning the war on terror?” He noted that Al Qaeda’s regrouped, the Taliban’s regrouped and Iraq is in the middle of a civil war.
Card insisted that there’s lots of evidence we’re winning but didn’t name any.
Hannity interrupted to end the segment by blaming Clinton with what Hannity knew was an untruth. “Maybe if we had taken him when Sudan offered him on a silver platter, we’d be in better shape today.”
In Part 2, there were no Democrats on the three-man panel. The guests were FOX News military analyst Bill Cowan, conservative Richard Miniter and former NBC cameraman and author of a book about his experiences on September 11, Jeff Scarborough.
At about 5 minutes into the discussion, Hannity asked Miniter, “What do you make of, how do you analyze his use of the very terms – and I was asking this to Andy in the last segment – of ‘neocons.’ This is what the hard left is saying. This is the way they characterize the war, as a civil war there. He mentions ‘global warming,’ an attack against corporations. What do you make of the fact that he’s using that divisive, political language of one side in America today?”
Miniter didn’t take the bait.

Well, if those two can figure it out, then lots of others will, too. Except the idiots at NBC. Check out the even more blurry and distant picture NBC has on its Web site.
This should be the next expose for Jason. Find out who is behind the video. Get some body armor and watch out for the Men in Black, though!
CNN's take on it is that he is probably in Pakistan where he has access to lots of news feeds and his talk about current events is to show that he is still alive.

OBL is somewhere in Pakistan. The Gerbil had sent sent this country on a witchhunt on thinking that Bin Laden is hising in a cave. He has no intention of finding Bin Laden. Wasted money. I saw the blurry video on NBC. Like I said the buffoon journalists are not asking the tough questions on the distorted video and the black beard and the lack of ignorance of the Middle Eastern culture.
As far as Jason's next expose, Jason is too busy with the USA firings, the force of Christanity in the military, RNC emails, and so on, he has too much on his plate. But, I am sure with his great sources that he could find out. ;-)
ok......so was it Hannitiy that wrote the supposid, Osama tape? With the election getting closer and nothing but one joke after another for the GOP candidate, and many strong Democrats, the GOP would have to resort to a new Osama tape, this one putting the Democratic views in.......pa leeze, if Osama is alive, or well enough to do such a thing, would he be watching all the American news and taking the Democrats side.....there is too much going on in the Middle East for him to concern himself with, not American politics....is Cheney still feeding Judy Miller Stories? Is Scooter still doing it? Is Rove left the WH so he could work on this Osama propaganda?
Oh by the way, funny how they put Osama in the same outfit his last video was in.......nice touch.
Notice how the FBI isn't looking into the fake tape even knowing it was fake. It's an inside job with the blessings of the White House. But it back fired and only the paid media is still talking about it as if it is real.
