Rank the Falafel Guy right up there at the top of the list of Americans (behind the Bush administration, naturally) that sneer on the very foundation upon which this country was built. Little things like civil liberties are ridiculous concepts that let the terrorists win. Kudos to the ACLU for refusing to put themselves up to O’Reilly’s sandbagging techniques. To his credit, Steven Greenberg, the attorney brought on to defend the ACLU, does a great job of swatting down all of Bill’s talking points.

ACLU in that lawsuit and the ACLU refused to appear with us this evening.
Bill keeps harping on how the ACLU doesn’t want to protect Americans, but neglects to remember that the Muslims that ACLU is fighting for are Americans.
