Columbia Students
Dear President Ahmadinejad, On behalf of all freedom lovers at Columbia University, I deeply apologize for the terribly unprofessional and derogatory comments that our hypocritical university president Lee Bollinger directed towards you. We as students of Columbia are ashamed in the disrespectful manner our representatives behaved towards you during your visit, and we would like to reiterate our thanks to you for your time and for your smart answers. We are very pleased that you came to speak at our university, and would like to extend to you our deepest respect and salutations. We are in full agreement with your policies regarding the Palestinian people and for your policies on a free and independent Iran. With much respect and admiration, Columbia Students
Despite this was a positive message, there were other comments on his website that were less than positive. And I really doubt this comment from the students will be on the news.

The letter from the Iranian professors to Bollinger was a good example of what students wanted to hear......the other side of things.
Hopefully students will read the letter and the 10 questions, and realize why there is so much tension between the US and Iraq, it's not just recent tension, it's not a few things, it's a lot of things on both sides.
At lease the students have shown respect where the adults didn't. I think the President of Iran knows that this was a Jewish set up with the support of the White House. It didn't work but the idiots gave it that old college try and made the World see just how stupid they are.
