Sigh.. Here we go...
From Thinkprogress:
Today in the “the latest effort by the Bush administration to expand the boundaries of government secrecy,” the Justice Department said that “records about missing White House e-mails are not subject to public disclosure. Administration lawyers detailed the legal position in a lawsuit trying to force the White House Office of Administration to reveal what it knows” about the disappearance of at least 5 million White House e-mails.
With violations of Constitutional, Judicial and Civic law documented and on-hand on the Administration, here is another desperate attempt to claim that now emails can be kept a secret! Well, I'm certain that the every day worker will be fired up that now all of their emails at work can be kept a secret too regardless if they are doing illegal activities on the job and off the job thanks to the Administration leading by example! This is will just buy them time to destroy more documents and dispose of more emails.
