No folks, it is not the Rugby Man!
From BLT:
Despite being the dog days of summer, August seems to be a happening month for moves. Peter Zeidenberg has left the Justice Department for DLA Piper. Known for his prosecutions of high profile cases such as Lewis “Scooter” Libby (who as President Bush says was “held accountable”) and David Safavian, Zeidenberg was a trial attorney in the DoJ’s Public Integrity Section for the past six years. He also spent a solid decade as an assistant U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia.
Zeidenberg is a partner in the firm’s white collar group.
And Miller & Chevalier picked up Larry Christensen, luring him away from JPMorgan Chase Vastera where he was vice chairman of export controls. Christensen will be working in the firm’s international practice as a partner, focusing on trade, investment policies, international regulations, and export controls.
We wish the Z-man much success in his endeavor...

Smart law firm to get the Z-man he did a great job in the Libby case. So many great lawyers are leaving the DOJ. When Hillary is in Office and gets a real honest educated Attorney General well there will be a lot of jobs to fill.
I always think of Randall and the Little Angel I just hope they don't forget me. I didn't get to meet the other lawyers in the case but all of them worked like a team and won.
SPB thanks for calling him the Z man I didn't know how to pronounce his name.
