Verdict is in for the Padilla trial.
Jury finds Padilla guilty on terror charges — MIAMI, Florida (CNN) — The jury in the Jose Padilla terror trial has found the American guilty of conspiracy to support Islamic terrorism overseas. — Padilla was originally arrested on allegations that he planned to set off radioactive "dirty bombs" in the United States.

After being torture by the Bush Administration Padilla is already dead. The jurors just did as they were paid to do that's why a 3 month trial only tooks a day to give a guilty finding. They could have saved all that time and after being sworn in as jurors just give their verdict since they knew all along they would find him guilty.
You got it Jackie, Bushco brand of non-justice was delivered well before Padilla ever got his day to be heard in court.
