Judge Kessler entered her order today denying Jeane' s motions to dismiss the indictment. A copy of that order is attached. The next procedural matter is the motion to suppress the evidence taken from Jeane's house which is scheduled to be taken up at a hearing August 28, 2007 at 10:00 AM in Courtroom 26A.
