In Kalifornia: Sen. Ashburn won't vote on an unbalanced budget

Problems with Arnold...

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger singled out Sen. Roy Ashburn (R-Bakersfield) at his news conference Tuesday.

The governor said it only takes one Senate vote to approve the budget, which is 45 days overdue.

Ashburn discussed why he hasn’t voted on it.

The governor also said 14 Republicans, who are members of his own party, are blocking a passage of this budget.

Ashburn discussed this issue, as well as sharing on the governor’s concerns for those state-supported agencies that may be forced to, or already have, closed their doors.

Arnold has his own party not cooperating with him, same as IL, also past due on a budget.
