Deborah Jeane Palfrey, a former business owner of ‘Pamela Martin and Associates’, is accused by the government of operating a prostitution service in Washington D.C. According to the government’s allegations through civil asset forfeiture process, in the form of a two year probe by the IRS and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, Ms. Palfrey operated a prostitution business in Washington D.C. from 1993 untill August 2006.
