King George's handbook. Part 2.

The Washington Post reports on an executive order issued by President Bush last week entitled, "Blocking Property of Certain Persons Who Threaten Stabilization Efforts in Iraq." In the extreme, it could be interpreted as targeting the financial assets of any American who undermines the administration's Iraq policy.

Hmmmm :

EO 13303 is entitled, "Protecting the Development Fund for Iraq and Certain Other Property in Which Iraq Has an Interest." It prohibits all judicial process -- including, but not limited to, "attachment, judgment, decree, lien, execution, [and] garnishment" -- with respect to the Development Fund for Iraq and all interests in Iraqi oil products.

If this policy is put in law we will have not Constitution. This is a right that Americans fought for as they formed the United States. The US wanted a country where the people had rights as in the Boston Tea party Taxation without Representation. Now we have a Dictator who says when a crime is committed by big business you can't file a complaint if you do the Govenrment will take your property. King George W. Bush has gone mad and it's time to IMPEACH him.
