From Raw Story:
WASHINGTON - President Bush on Thursday acknowledged publicly for the first time that someone in his administration likely leaked the name of a CIA operative, although he also said he hopes the controversy over his decision to spare prison for a former White House aide has "run its course."
"And now we're going to move on," Bush said in a White House news conference.
Sorry, George. Too little too late to CYA. The American people will not move on from this issue. It's simply put: your ass has been caught long time ago. End of story.

Can you believe it, SPB?! Wow, he really can get away with anything. He doesn't get that what happened was very wrong-twisted...
The Gerbil is like a little kid that lies and when caught says let's move on.
All the hard work the Fitz team did only to be stonewalled and now the Gerbil admits he knew along his Administration had leaked the CIA's name. As the corruption comes to light day by day and White House staff use the Libby memory lose defense we see what's really going on the the White House. I know all the people in jail wish they could come clean and just say let's move on to something else.
Jan,
I wasn't surprised the Gerbil would all of a sudden admit to someone in the administration leaking the CIA name since the Gerbil is being cornered. But, the audacity of this one President to now admit this and just basically give his ass to kiss to the American people by saying, "let's just move on" is unacceptable. Too many lives were lost of a war on false pretenses and one woman's career and life is ruined by the Gerbil's lies and deceit for the name of money and profit.
