Rep. Waxman Questions DOJ’s Reversal on Anti-Prostitution Pledges
A letter recently obtained by Chairman Waxman reveals that in 2003, the Justice Department advised Congress that an anti-prostitution pledge requirement in the anti-trafficking bill then under consideration raised "serious First Amendment concerns" and should be struck from the bill. Chairman Waxman reiterates his concerns about the constitutionality and public health effects of this provision in the global AIDS and anti-trafficking LAWS, and asks for a full explanation of DOJ's reversal in opinion.

Now I know all Republicans aren't bad people, but right now their party has alot of criminals. Hastert got his stolen money and will mostly resign rather then be charged with the crimes he's committed. Now the home phone number is a bet scary.

Makes since to me does anyone but me remember Portor Goss and those sex parties. Look with people like Mary Carry giving thousand to the GOP and her public offer to Karl Rove what did you think. Porn is making billions and the good old boys are turning a blind eye. Why would someone make a law for a service they use. I only question why Gonzales wont follow the law and arrest child molesters like Fingers Foley and other Republicans plus others who have attacked kids. In Texas a Dateline Show set up child molesters with the help of the Texas police. Once caught Gonzales said all were free to go because the TV show was involved. All the men caught admitted to molesting kids. Now I notice no one cares about that and the media reports nothing. Now more children will be molested because the Attorney General is protecting the criminals.

To answer your question, Waxman's letter has to do with the money allocated and pledges by the Gerbil to stop the spread of AIDS, drug trafficking, and prostitution globally. That was the commitment that the Gerbil said to the UN and to the public. Indeed, the Gerbil took the money and allocated it to the churches to promote abstinence and did nothing about the drug trafficking nor prostitution globally and in this country. That is why porno is a billion dollar industry here that gives money to the GOP for campaign contributions, high number of sex slaves by prominent people, and illegal immigrants who work like slaves and receive inhumane treatment by the prominent people that hire them.
More and more corruption and money trails are being revealed by Waxman's investigations. There is more prostitution activities in the White House than it is on the streets!

The reason why you are reading a lot of rapes and sexual abuse in the prison by prison guard is because the Gerbil made sure that he selected certain loyal Bushies USA position in the civil rights division to do away with lawsuits. And since that case is in Texas, who owns Texas? The Gerbil. He made sure that Gonzo revised any rights of any citizen in his state to sue. With the taxpayers' money being allocated to Iraq and lewss fund to the prison facilities to protect the prisoners and hire more qualified guards, that is why there is so many problems of abuse in the prison facility. The bottom line is that Gonzo needs to be removed and the Justice Department needs to be restored especially the civil right division.
