Cheney's office has contended that it is not subjected to an executive order governing the handling of classified information nor have to comply because the vice president serves as president of the Senate, which means that his office is not an "entity within the executive branch" yet, he has both legislative and executive duties. Which is it Dick? Are you part of the legislative and executive branch or not since you are claiming your office is not an "entity within the executive branch?" Here are four questions to Mr. 9%:

a) Why are you collecting a paycheck in the executive branch since you are claiming that your office is not part of the executive branch?

b) Why are you doing executive duties but claiming that your office is not part of the executive branch?

c) Why are you serving as the Vice-President of the United States?

d) Did you bother to read the organizational chart of the government of the U.S.?
