Breaking news two! (Yes, this is real one). From McCleans.ca website in Canada:

We've now been alerted to the second jury note of the day.
"Dear Judge,
"We would like to see Summary Chart One."
That's the one that shows who got what non-compete payment.
As Judge Amy said, "Stay tuned."
When we stampeded into court for the non-breaking news, I guess we over-stampeded.
Apparently some reporters complained to the clerk they hadn't got the notification in a sufficiently timely manner so the court has now ruled they won't give us any notification at all.

SPB could you give to the heads up as to how important the cart is in this case. Is it the heart of the crime? I'd like to know what direction the jurors are going in. I was glad the Judge put his foot down. Of course the media can forget getting information from Randall Samborn. The reporters would do better asking me.
Your question is answered on a new posting.
Jackie, you will have to explain it all to me after SPB explains to you. ha. I might be able to understand it all then besides Conrad Black is a crook.
They sure were greedy bozos, no? Shame, shame.
Teak
SPB explained the bottom line. You can tell how the jurors are thinking by the questions/evidence they ask for. In Conrad Black's case the jurors asked for the heart of the charges, which means they understand he committed the crime.
In a way it's like when I said I met Randall Samborn in Chicago, I knew some wouldn't believe it. So I asked Randall to take a picture with me as evidence of the meeting. Teak it's the evidence that proves the case.
That's it. AirJackie for AG.
"AirJackie for AG."
LOL! Jackie and anyone on this blog can be AG. Personally, I wouldn't want the job as AG under the current Gerbil Administration. But, an independent counsel needs to be brought in after Gonzo is gone to clean house and build back the trust and integrity and boost the morale of the Justice Dept.
