From Raw Story:
"Fallout" from the 'Attorneygate' scandal is beginning to hit federal courtrooms, according to an article in Monday's L.A. Times.
"Defense lawyers in a growing number of cases are raising questions about the motives of government lawyers who have brought charges against their clients," Richard B. Schmitt reports for the paper. "In court papers, they are citing the furor over the U.S. attorney dismissals as evidence that their cases may have been infected by politics."
The article continues, "Justice officials say those concerns are unfounded and constitute desperate measures by desperate defendants. But the affair has given defendants and their lawyers some new energy, which is complicating life for the prosecutors."

Now the criminal GOP officials think they can use the conflict in the DOJ to have their charges dismissed. I guess they think that is a way out as they did with covering up Fitzgerald's investigation into the leak. Let's see if there are any more honest Judges like Judge Walton to see through the clouds of corruption. Our Legal System is one of the best in a smart lawyer will look into the meaning and apply it wisely.

I'm getting to old for investigation work I really don't know what SPB looks like. I'll settle for him looking like Orlando Bloom at lease that's a face I can look at forever. SPB will always be just SPB to me.
