World Bank: Wolfowitz Violated Rules, Concealed Actions
Paul Wolfowitz’s days at the helm of the World Bank could soon be coming to an end. The World Bank oversight committee has concluded Wolfowitz broke ethics roles when he oversaw a pay raise and promotion for his companion, Shaha Ali Riza. The committee also says Wolfowitz then tried to hide his actions from scrutiny. Wolfowitz is set to present his case in front of the bank’s board today.
On Thinkprogress, Woflie used the F word to the World Bank Staff:
“If they f*ck with me or Shaha, I have enough on them to f*ck them too.” — World Bank President Paul Wolfowitz’s comments according to a new special bank panel report, which concluded that Wolfowitz’s actions have “had a dramatic negative effect on the reputation and credibility” of the bank
Not good for the Spitman to scold or use profanity to the World Bank Staff when his job is on the line..
