Is the DC Madam Scandal in connection with Hookergate scandal?

Something to think about... Both scandals deal with a large substantial about of money and special favors for important and prominent people...Hmmm.. Let's recap:
"There are thousands of names, tens of thousands of phone numbers, and there are people there at the Pentagon, lobbyists, others at the White House, prominent lawyers — a long, long list, and as well, the women who work for the service, include university professors, legal secretaries, scientists, military officers."
Interesting comments from Crooks and Liars:
Although after six years of Bush-rule nothing shocks me, this scandal has the potential to take down a lot of prominent people, and this is just the beginning. By refusing to accept the plea bargain offered to her, Jeane Palfrey is going to trial and naming names. Could this be the call service that "Dusty" Foggo was allegedly getting his party favors from? Which White House employees are involved? Which Pentagon officials, lobbyists and prominent lawyers are we talking about here?
From an article in May 6, 2006 from Crooks and Liars:
"Dusty Foggo, the executive director of the CIA linked to a bribery investigation, is expected to resign soon, according to CIA officials and his associates–Foggo recently admitted that he attended Washington, D.C. poker parties that figure in a widening corruption scandal involving a defense contractor, Brent Wilkes, who is a longtime friend of Foggo. Federal officials are investigating whether Wilkes also provided prostitutes at the parties. Foggo has denied seeing any prostitutes at the parties he attended.
And of course, Dusty Foggo, Brent Wilkes, And Duke Cunningham are connected to Shirlington Limousine and Transportation, Inc. And who are Shirlington Limousine and Transportation, Inc.?
The Shirlington Limousine and Transportation, Inc. is the "firm allegedly used by defense contractor
Brent Wilkes to provide prostitutes to ex-Rep. Duke Cunningham."

Shirlington Limousine it was awarded a pair of contracts in April of 2004 and again last October by the Department of Homeland Security. The contracts totaled $25 million.

And what about Porter Goss?
