I just heard from an impeccable source that there is serious concern on the Hill that conservative Democrats in the House will vote with the Republicans to strip any and all restrictions from the Iraq supplemental tomorrow, effectively giving Bush all the money he wants with no restrictions and no effort to hold either him or the Iraq government accountable for anything.
Commentary: If this is true, then the 110th Congress has given the American people empty promises. This means that 110th Congress is no different than the 109th Congress. We the American people don't want another repeated lapdog, cave in, ass kissing, bootlicking, do nothing, and rubberstamping Congress! We will hold you accountable if you cave in to the Incompentent-in-chief and give him the entire purse!!! Don't give in to the President's blackmail!
