The letter said Walter Reed also awarded a five-year, $120-million contract to IAP Worldwide Services, which is run by Al Neffgen, a former senior Halliburton official.

Al Neffgen, CEO, has spent 30 years in the government services industry in several senior level positions. Previously, Neffgen served as Chief Operating Officer of Government and Infrastructure for the Americas Region at Kellogg Brown and Root.
Dave Swindle, President, he was responsible for the Government and Infrastructure Division’s Business Development Operations for KBR Americas, Asia-Pacific, Europe-Africa, and the Middle East.
Craig Peterson, Senior Vice President, Major Operations, served as Vice President of Contingency and Homeland Operations for Kellogg Brown and Root.
