The Lombardo mobster case will be interesting and a high profile case in Chicago. It may be differcult for jury selection since we are talking a profound mobster. Interesting that the prosecutors can't charge him with crossing state lines. And the Ann Coulter comment about Frank Cullota, Cullota could be Coulter since he is given a new identity. But, with Ann Coulter looking so much like a man, you never know...
The White House is scared and Fielding is bluffing because he knows the Congress has the upper hand in this one. Now Gonzales has already lied under oath makes since not to let him go back under oath. Look the Staff can lie to the Congress and move on. Let an accused criminal want to answer questions but not under oath and see what happen. Ted Wells should use Fielding letter in his appeal. Libby lied under oath and was convicted the Attorney General lied under oath and it's not a crime. If Karl Rove had to testify under oath he go right to jail as the Congress wouldn't need a jury with the crimes admitted and proved beyond a reasonable doubt.
The Lombardo case will get more Chicago media attention for sure, more than the Conrad Black for which we have 300+ out of town media here for it. I hope I am not called for jury duty when the Lombardo comes up, or anyone I know, since I am sure there are a lot of hit men still out there. Yes, Dubai has all kinds of resorts, hotels etc. going up like crazy, looks like the place to go, maybe the GOP/CEO/CFO retirement place instead of Florida or Arizona. Alias as Ann Creature, that's not a compliment to that person, whatever it is. I just survived shoe shopping for/with my sons, Are girls easier? I hear they get worse once they hit High School.......uuggh
No not since they still have an army of hitmen with itchy trigger fingers. I heard somewhere, talk news radio that they wanted to the jurors to remain anymous and watch this on closed circut, because of fear for their lives.

It sounds like the Lomabardo case will be bigger like the Gotti and Gambino case. But, I certainly wouldn't want to be on jury duty for that case.
