Witnesses in Libby trial all expected to testify

Fitzgerald signals nobody to assert privilege; Cheney appearance uncertain

WASHINGTON - Special Counsel Patrick Fitzgerald has signaled that none of the government witnesses he intends to call will refuse to testify in the upcoming trial of Vice President Dick Cheney's former chief of staff, I Lewis "Scooter" Libby.
Fitzgerald did not say if Cheney or other top White House officials were on his witness list. But, he says, that none of the proposed witnesses intend to assert executive privilege, in an attempt to exclude their testimony.

I'm so proud of the little angel he is kicking butt. Cheney has messed with the wrong man and when he resigns he'll know it. To bad Cheney will have to give most of that stolen money to Mr. and Mrs. Wilson. Better get the bank account for Mary's baby now I don't think Lynn's porn book will sell.
