I guess the free passes to the My Pet Goat Library of the chimpster is out of the question...*lol*
I am sure his rating is not going anywhere but down for the next two years, and when his term is done and the rats come out to rat him out, it will even get worse, maybe into the negative numbers.
Well, he will passed the Baskin Robbins 31 flavors...*lol*
