KBR Settlement Ends Kosovo Case
A Halliburton subsidiary agreed to pay the government $8 million to resolve accusations of overbilling related to the firm's work for the Army in the Balkans, the Justice Department said yesterday.
The allegations against KBR, formerly known as Kellogg Brown & Root, stemmed from orders placed with 10 foreign subcontractors that were working for KBR on military logistics support in 1999 and 2000. The accusations, made under the federal False Claims Act, included double-billing, inflating prices and providing products that didn't fit the Army's needs during the construction of Camp Bondsteel in Kosovo.

This just goes to show you the integrity of this organization which was run by Ambien, also the (cough) integrity of who ran it.
SPB...Fitzie will be handing out an indictment in the next few weeks...but it appears it probably will be in the phone records case.
When I saw the indictment post..I jumped to Fitzmas conclusions...I couldn't help it. I have dreams often of Ambien being frogmarched.

Integrity? The Ambien ran the entire organization of KBR-Halliburton as a (cough) corporate business when he was (cough)CEO! The Ambien will get his ass nailed by (cough)Waxman and (cough) Fitz!
