A very interesting thought regarding Foleygate

Former Congressman Mark Foley (R-FL) interrupted a vote on the floor of the House in 2003 to engage in Internet sex with a high school student who had served as a congressional page, according to new Internet instant messages provided to ABC News by former pages.

ABC News now has obtained 52 separate instant message exchanges, which former pages say were sent by Foley, using the screen name Maf54, to two different boys under the age of 18.

This message was dated April 2003, at approximately 7 p.m., according to the message time stamp.

It isn't clear if Foley sent these messages during the votes on the floor, or left the floor to do so. Each party sits within its caucus on its own side of the House floor, so it's possible that Foley was sitting next to another Republican while he was engaging in these “conversations” that night. So which GOP House member was sitting next to Mark Foley in 2003?

Here is some information of the seating of the House:

The House Floor

Unlike the Members of the Senate, Members of the House have no assigned seats but are by tradition divided by party; Members of the Democratic Party sit to the Speaker's right and Members of the Republican Party sit to his left.

The million dollar question is which GOP House member sat next to Foley in April 2003 and what did that person know?

Good question. How many did know about Foley. Since everyone says their friends I sure other Republicans knew Foley was seeking out young boys. Remember the Hookergate parties with the boys/girls for sex. There is alot more to this story. Watch each one turn on one another.
